My Story

Hi, I’m Victoria proud wife of a soldier (18 years and counting), mom of three (ages 18, 13, and 7), educator, and entrepreneur.

I teach entrepreneurs and small business owners how to implement process and performance improvement strategies that best position your business for growth.

I’ve launched several businesses over the years. Each business, I was overwhelmed by the amount of information available on how to start the business, make money in the business, and scale the business. Then, I was frustrated by the lack of results I achieved after I invested money to get the solution only to realize it was not the solution to my problem.

As your Performance Consultant, I will partner with you identify the real barriers to your success, then design, develop, and implement strategies that break through those barriers so you achieve your personal and business goals.

Focus on the journey, not the destination.

I started college pregnant with my first child, pursuing a nursing degree. Like many college students, I decided I really didn’t want to do that and changed my major to business administration. I was working as a bank teller at the time and thought that it would be great to be a bank manager. Six years later, pregnant with my second child, I completed my bachelor’s degree and decided I didn’t want to be in the banking industry.

Prior to completing my degree I started my first business, an online children’s clothing store. The business did well and I decided to form a partnership with two women and opened a brick and mortar location. A few months into it, it was determined that the partnership was not a match made in heaven and we parted ways. I continued with the business for a while, but being a solopreneur wearing all the hats in the business, a wife, and a mom of two became exhausting and I closed the store.

In 2011, pregnant with my third child, I opened a daycare center. This was a HUGE learning experience.  I walked away with BIG and VALUABLE lessons about what it takes to run a successful business.

Now, I use my KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE, SUCCESSES and FAILURES to help small business owners lead and grow  profitable businesses through the application of proven processes that optimize performance and best position your business for growth.

Victoria has earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, a Masters of Arts in Teaching, a Certificate in Leadership and Accountability, and a Certificate in Performance Improvement Leadership. A firm a believer that we should never stop learning, Victoria is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Performance Improvement Leadership from Capella University.
